However, no company is 100% perfect, so if we slip up, please immediately call Teebear at +86 21 6067 1308. If you have any problem with your order, we're available 5 days a week 9pm-6am ET Mon-Fri. You can also email email@example.com. Generally speaking, refunds for damaged, incorrect, or late products can only come after you have returned the product to us. But before you send the products in the mail, please contact us to discuss what happened and so that we may apologize if your order was late for an event or, if there was damage, so we have an opportunity to discuss an exchange. We are serious about providing quality, so it's very serious when even one customer is dissatisfied.
Because we are serious about customer satisfaction, if there's a problem, we really want a second chance. If you want to exchange a product that is the wrong size or is damaged in some way, we will pay both shipping fees. Just shoot us an email or call to tell us what happened and that the product is on the way. We ask this so that if we're expecting it, you can be sure that we will rectify the situation very quickly and send your replacement as quickly as possible.
